The Kinetic Concepts, Inc. eLearning platform, programmed and designed by MVP in 2012, features a Virtual Learning Environment boasting intuitive navigation thanks to its custom-designed graphical user interface (GUI). An administrative area allows KCI to create and delete users and categorize them according to district, region, and area of focus. This information is then used to present only the modules that are relevant to that specific user, while also encouraging competition through leaderboards reporting metrics in real time, on user performance within these particular groups, as well as the company overall. The Virtual Learning Environment offers users access to comprehensive multimedia library of information to be reviewed before taking quizzes at the end of each module. The administrative area allowed KCI to populate and update these quizzes at will, while also granting them access to comprehensive metrics and reporting that allows the organization an even greater understanding of the success of their training materials.
