Medical Video Production created the Terumo Trucise eLearning platform for Terumo in 2009. This interactive, immersive training program was custom designed with an easy-to-use graphical user interface (GUI) and custom navigation system that allowed for self-navigated or linear progress through the materials. MVP wrote all the scripts for the on-screen texts and recorded voice-over narrations at its own studios to support this information. Moving images synchronized to these texts and narrations provide further detail about the Terumo Trucise medical device while keeping the attention of trainees. The tool also includes a FAQ section, a troubleshooting center, a 360° product video, and a resource library to access further reference materials. Users' retention of information is then assessed through a post-course quiz and users are also provided instant certification upon satisfactory completion. The tool also includes a back-end admin to allow access to a variety of metrics reports and usage tracking tools so the client has detailed information about each and every user of the eLearning platform.
